- The reputation of the honey of Narbonne
is way back to Antiquity (The Romans regarded it as the best honey in the world). It is a honey coming from the garrigue with some rosemary, thyme, lavander, ciste and diverse Mediterranean plants, depending on time of harvest. It is your turn to taste and mark your preference for the pale colour and discreet flavour of the rosemary honey or the colour and the taste more sustained of the honey from the garrigue.
- The Lucques olives
only grow on the lands of the Languedoc: original by their elongated shape (reminding of the shape of a Rugby ball…and so very local!), these olives have a crispy and tasty flesh. A must have for your appetizers !
